Band Absence Form

Please submit this form if your student will be absent from a practice or performance (please try to do this in advance of the absence).  You may also email Mr. Winters at stephenwinters@pb.k12.mo.us.  Excused absences will be evaluated on a case by case basis (some appropriate excused absences are - funerals or death in the family, doctor's visits, dental visits, verified absences from school).
